💅 Are your nails reusable?
Yes! With proper care, your RIANTENAILZ sets can be worn multiple times. We recommend gently removing excess glue after each use and storing your nails in their original packaging to maintain shape and shine. All of our nails are made with ACRYLIC.
⏱️ What’s the processing time?
All sets are handmade to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your package is on its way.
🚚 How long does shipping take?
We currently ship within the United States via UPS, and all packages are insured.
U.S. delivery time: 2–5 business days after processing.
International delivery (Canada & Europe): 7–21 business days depending on location and customs processing.
💌 Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we’re currently expanding to serve Canada and Europe.
Please note that customs fees or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and other secure payment options offered at checkout.
✋🏽 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to hygiene reasons and the made-to-order nature of our nails, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you experience any issues with your order, please email support@riantenailz.com within 7 days of delivery. Our team will gladly help resolve your concern.
❌ Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
After this window, your order goes into production and cannot be canceled or modified.
🖤 My package was lost or stolen — what do I do?
All orders are insured. If your package was lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, please email support@riantenailz.com immediately. We’ll help you file a claim and get you taken care of.
📏 How do I know my size?
We offer virtual sizing for new clients. Return client's sizing information will be stored in our database after making your first purchase.
💎 Are RIANTENAILZ press-ons durable?
Yes — our nails are better than salon-quality & made with acrylic for long-lasting wear. When applied correctly, your set can last 2wks- month per wear. Our acrylic set's are designed to last you years & years meaning that you can reuse these sets for a long time.
💧 Can I shower or wash dishes with them on?
Yes, but we recommend keeping long soaks or extremely hot water to a minimum. Gentle washing is fine — just avoid prolonged water exposure to extend your wear time.
🎨 Do you take custom design requests?
Yes! Custom designs are available depending on the season and artist availability. Please email info@riantenailz.com or send us your inspo via Instagram DM to inquire.
🎁 Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — digital RIANTENAILZ Gift Cards are available and make the perfect present. They can be applied toward any future purchase on our site.
