Welcome to RIANTENAILZ, where every set is handcrafted to embody luxury, precision, and self-expression. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following store policies. Please review them carefully before completing your purchase.


1. Order Processing

All RIANTENAILZ sets are made to order.
Our standard processing time is 3–7 business days before shipment.

During high-volume or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly extended. If there are any delays, our team will notify you via email to keep you updated.

Express Processing:
If available, express orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Availability may vary depending on order volume and design complexity.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.


2. Virtual Sizing

We offer virtual sizing for new clients to ensure your perfect fit before production begins.
Once your sizing is confirmed, it is securely stored in our client database for future orders, allowing a seamless re-order experience.

If you’re a returning client, we’ll automatically use your saved measurements unless you request an update.


3. Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
After this window, your order begins production and cannot be canceled or modified.

To request a cancellation within that time frame, please email support@riantenailz.com with your order number.


4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene standards and the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact support@riantenailz.com within 7 days of delivery. Our team will gladly assist in resolving your concern.


5. Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States using UPS.
All packages include tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days after processing

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

International shipping (to Canada & Europe) will be available soon.
Customs fees or import duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

All orders are insured.
If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, please contact support@riantenailz.com as soon as possible. We’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

RIANTENAILZ is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the shipping carrier.


7. Product Disclaimer

All RIANTENAILZ sets are handmade, so slight variations in color, design placement, or finish may occur. These small differences make each set unique and do not qualify as defects.


8. Payment Methods

We accept all major debit/credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and other secure options offered at checkout.
All payments are processed through Shopify Payments, which uses encrypted, PCI-compliant security protocols.


9. Customer Support

Our support team is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM EST (excluding holidays).
Emails received outside business hours will be addressed the following business day.


10. Updates to This Policy

RIANTENAILZ LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Store Policy at any time.
Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website.
